Hello, I’m Ros.
I’m a children’s book illustrator with more than 15 years of freelance illustration experience, and I have had the pleasure of helping hundreds of authors bring their stories to life.
My background began with a degree in Fashion Design, which gave me a strong foundation in drawing, colour, composition, character and visual storytelling. Over the years, illustration has remained at the heart of my creative work.
Today, I specialise in creating warm, expressive children’s book artwork with a handcrafted feel, combining character, colour and imagination to create illustrations that invite children into the world of a story.

My freelance illustration career has included working with authors on a wide range of children’s book projects, from first-time writers to authors developing their own publishing careers.

I believe the best children’s illustrations do more than decorate a page. They should add emotion, reveal character and help tell the story visually.
